How Medical cannabis might be a useful medicine

There are two main parts of the cannabis plant that are of medical interest, they are THC and CBD. Water Activity

Water activity is the measurement of the available or ‘free’ moisture in a product that can support microbiological growth including yeasts, mildew and bacteria. This affects its stability, quality and shelf life. Most cannabis is dried and cured to a final water activity level of 0.30 – 0.60 Aw. Humidity and water activity influence the quality of the cannabis seeds and dried cannabis products.
